Due to the impact COVID-19 is having on the community, we have made the decision for all employees of Network Insurance Group to work remotely from Monday 23rd March 2020. This decision will apply for the foreseeable future.

We would like to reassure you that all of our staff (Broking, Claims and Workers Compensation) are available to be contacted as usual. Our Executive Team will remain available to you at any time including after hours to address any concerns.

Please note:

  • Our office reception lines will remain open.
  • Staff landlines will be diverted to mobile phones
  • Email inboxes will be actively monitored
  • Scheduled meetings will be carried out via telephone
  • All scheduled travel will be cancelled until further notice

We understand that these are relatively challenging times for everyone. The action we have taken will ensure we deliver the same level of service to you, our highly valued clients whilst also minimising any risk to the health and wellbeing of our employees and their families. We appreciate your understanding during this time.
